VOCABULARY SPOTLIGHT 5 minutes Use the examples to determine meaning of tier two vocabulary. The culmination of four years of hard work in high school is the commencement ceremony, during which you are awarded a diploma. My eccentric uncle likes classical music and old, black and white horror films. Hint: Check your Greek/Latin roots for help. Media Center Orientation 60+ minutes Materials Needed: Bring your belongings! Highlighter & pencil/pen Instructions: Read & listen to all instructions! Media Center Orientation/Scavenger Hunt: Media Center Specialists will instruct you. Login Practice (e-mail, NCEdCloud, turnitin.com, & WCPSS Google Apps): Follow the instructions on the next slide. Free-Read Book Selection: Follow the instructions on the assignment sheet that you were given in class. Misplaced it already? Download it from the class website (Resources>Storytelling>Free-Read Project).
