AudCom found no issues- we will adopt and make simultaneous updates to the 802 OM on joint treasury operation. Jon reviewed future venues (doc: EC 15-0056). Monday EC Meeting- Dallas November 2015 Monday EC Meeting- Dallas There will be an EC Workshop in ATL, Jan 23, 2016 There will not be any other formal EC meeting at the Interim Full Treasurers report on EC Mentor (dcn: ec-15-0092) Reserve down a little - $100k loss from July (before get 802 fee). Dallas meeting should be slight surplus (before get802). Roger reported on Get802 (ec doc 15-42 --also see doc 48 and 49r3). Renewal activity has been ongoing since 2014. Still waiting for response from the SA on our issues and comments. Meanwhile program has continued. There will be an EC executive session PM2 Thursday to discuss further. Robert F. Pat Thaler reviewed a concept for replacing 802.18 with a standing committee- meeting Tues 830am and Weds 5pm in Pryor Crockett Pat Thaler reported on the IETF/802 Joint Leadership activities. Two current issues- 802.11 Multicast & 802.15.12 LLC. There will be a meeting Tuesday at 8am –Pryor Crockett Andrew Myles reported on JTC1 activities (11-15-1285r0). See board for meeting times this week Glen Parsons reviewed the 802 ITU Standing Committee work See EC meeting minutes. (Meeting Weds 8am Pryor Crockett). Monday EC Meeting- Dallas November 2015 Monday EC Meeting- Dallas Juan Carlos gave final report on ECSG on Privacy. PAR is approved and assigned to 802.1 Shellhammer gave an update on Liaison between IEEE and 3GPP on LAA. ( See DCN 19-15-0090-02 for details) Meeting times posted on the Board. Goal is to approve Liaison response this week. He reported on August Beijing workshop. Jon provided update on SA Solutions. (these are various problems encountered with the tools and the resolutions). Also reviewed timeline for review of MyProject redesign.
