MVS New Madrid ROC Organization: MVS Briefer: Matt Hunn Mission - Main effort – Phase 2a -Activation and Relocation- Accountability Preliminary Assessment of Damage Contact with higher HQ’s Movements Assess status of local infrastructure and initiate move to Alternate Operating Facilities Alternate Operating Facilities are activated in Phase 3 Specified, Implied, Essential tasks Establish communication Determine status of Dam safety, Levee Safety, and Navigation projects Command, Control, Communication Establish contact with MVS senior leaders Determine ‘succession of command’ Establish communication with MVD
