EdFi Dashboards and Early Warning Signs Leveraging National work on EWS. Included as official process for State of Michigan Early Warning and Intervention Monitoring System (EWIMS) Integrated into Michigan’s Safe and Healthy Schools and MTSS initiatives Michigan Manual on Early Warning Intervention and Monitoring System Implementation Guide (right) Published in October of 2017, the guide includes the DataHub EWS Dashboards as part of the formal process, with detailed instructions on access and use.

What Makes the Dashboard, EWS, IC, and EWIMS Unique? The DataHub is FREE for all Michigan schools that want to connect The DataHub can currently connect over 95% of districts Once connected, any district can setup the dashboards and intervention catalogue in a matter of minutes The EWS Dashboard and the EWIMS process are research based and provide a standard, consistent, ‘out of the box’, data tool for EWS that supports MTSS, particularly at the secondary level.
