Screen, train and assist your command UVAs with certification. Provide training and work with your Command SAPR POC to assess your command level SAPR Program and SAPR Binder are inspection ready Assist you with the SAPR portion of your Command Climate. INSTALLATION SARC AND UVAs CAN: Provide advocacy to victims of sexual assault. Explains your reporting options and benefits/limitations of each option. Provide assistance with Expedited Transfers. Ensure that you know your Victim Legal Counsel (VLC) and your rights. Provide on/off base resource information. (NOTE: Intimate Partner sexual assaults will be referred to Family Advocacy)
