Search Stay up-to-date SEEING POSSIBILITIES Be inquisitive Dream big Don’t be intimidated by the successes of others. Don’t be deceived by the pessimism of your peers. “If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth”. Mark 9:23 Ask your manager for training opportunities. Show interest in learning new skills and technologies. Search the internet for developments in your field. Knowledge is power! Read the career profile and success stories of other people. Register with recognized groups and associations in your area of interest. Dream big Search Be inquisitive Stay up-to-date

SEIZING POSSIBILITIES Be diligent in your current job like Joseph. - “Until the time of his word came: the Lord tried him”. Psalm 105:19. Don’t wait for opportunities; grab them! A good opportunity might be right in front of your eyes and you might not be able to see it. The opportunities could be internal (e.g. training or growth within your company) or external (e.g. external training or a job at another company). Trust in the Lord. Let Him direct your steps. Proverbs 3:5-6 Have a positive influence on your colleagues. Contribute significantly to the success of your employer and company.

HANDLING CHALLENGES & DISSAPOINTMENTS

HANDLING CHALLENGES & DISSAPOINTMENTS Learn from your failures. See every disappointment as a stepping stone to victory. Rise up, look and live! Be open to criticism. Accept them gracefully and improve. Go deeper with God. Encourage yourself with the word of God. Make prayer your secret weapon. Build friendships. Partner with people who can help you. Focus on the ultimate goal. “this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before. I press toward the mark for the prize…”. Philippians 4:13-14

TIME TO PRAY!
