Rostering Facilitators with Network LEAs

Additional data resources that you will be interacting with includes our pTrack system. pTrack is a data repository system that is dedicated to the PAPBS Regional and Local Facilitators and their implementation efforts. The site is built solely around implementation in PA and the PAPBS committed sites. This powerhouse of a data site was developed via leader services and allows our facilitators to track PBIS documents, data tools, and staff documents. We have found that pTrack allows for better communication between the state, regional, and local communities of practice. Positive feedback from the Local facilitators has been increased success with managing PBIS implementation documents and increased communication due resource sharing amongst core team members. www.leaderservices.com/_pTrack

Do this NOW Pa PBS Forum Booklet This verification process enabled the SCT to verify everyone who accessed ptrack… if you are not accessing ptrack—you are not working with network implementing schools or going through facilitator training. Pa PBS Forum Booklet

Managing School-Level Data

Required Annual Data

Annual Fidelity Data- Tier 1 SET BOQ All 3 Tiers may be measured for Fidelity through the TFI- the PAPBS Network is exploring this and will keep you posted!!

Managing your own Technical Assistance, Coaching, and Activities with your Teams All PaPBS Local Facilitators have their own “Facilitator Page”

Record your Technical Assistance and Team Documents

What are some uses of this feature?
