INSTITUTION: Springfield College Participants: Joseph Berger, Hai Kinal, Dustin Vale-Cruz, Gemma Barnacle VISION Development of the Biology department by increasing opportunities for student in research, inquiry-based lab, diverse courses and extramural opportunities (internships and interdisciplinary opportunities). Continued evaluation of the curriculum to include the breadth and depth necessary for modern undergraduate biology education. Strengths: What are your department’s strong points with regard to the Vision and Change recommendations? Curriculum and concepts- we address the core concepts and competencies
