The Economy World trade leader Industrial Revolution- “Age of Inventions” 1800’s - was world’s leading economic power Leading natural resource is oil – North Sea Coal and natural gas #1 European oil producer Computers- “Age of Technology” – replace their once prominent textile, ships, cars, and machinery industry
