Please advise them to start the test when they will have time (an hour or so) to complete it. Use the same name for both the pre and post test, even if it has changed in between. The track used on the pre test must match the track used on the post test. After completing the test, a certificate can be printed. Therefore, the test should be taken on a computer that is connected to a printer. The certificate cannot be printed later.
