Presentation transcript:

Extraterrestrial Life By Pake Nimick

Planets and Stars During one of Kepler’s orbiting missions, it discovered 1,781 “candidate” planets and more than 156,000 stars. Out of the 1,781 planets, 27 have been confirmed as plants. Most of them that Kepler has observed have been 600 to 3,000 light years away. In fact, there have been 645 planets conformed. That being said we have barely touched the 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 star and planet possibilities that NASA estimates.

Yes Some believe that there is such thing as extraterrestrial life somewhere in the galaxy. They believe that because there is evidence of planets that would be able to sustain life, but they are too far away for people on Earth to ever reach them.

No Some do not believe in extraterrestrial life because we don’t have any physical proof of ‘aliens’. I think the reason most people believe in aliens is because there are odd pictures of flying objects that could have been edited in there, or they could be legit.

The Scientists Scientists think that by 2026 we will have discovered alien life, and they say the odds have never been more in their favor to find evidence. They have also proof that 90% of the stars in our universe are red dwarf stars, the warmest and most powerful stars, which would be able to sustain life.

Difference Other scientists think that extraterrestrial life might drink things other than water like us. There could be a kind that drinks carbon or a gas that isn’t on our planet. You never know.
