If Computer X isn’t listed: On Computer X, go to Start -> Devices and Printers Right-click on “Printer 1” and select “Scan Profiles…” Close the “Scan Profiles” window Go back to Printer 1 and retry the “Scan to Computer” feature
Scan to Family Search
If the “Scan to Family Search” feature stops working: Disconnect the black power cord on the back of the printer Wait for 2 minutes Plug the black power cord back in Once the printer reboots, try your feature again If it still doesn’t work, log it in the “Computer Problem Book”
