Over 500 businesses have used the Entrepreneur Space Over 500 businesses have used the Entrepreneur Space. Over 125 have left for their own facilities or have partnered with a co-packer. A recent success is Luv Michael. Operated by a family that has a child with autism, Luv Michael employs young men and women who work under the guidance of food professionals to make granola snacks. Their prepackaged product is sold in local Starbucks. Most recently they have been accepted into the Jet Blue ‘Bluebud’ program run by Jet Blue Airlines (based nearby in Long Island City, Queens), which promotes local entrepreneurship.
