Steps taken to ensure mobilisation of membership in FY 2013-14 Exploring new memberships is a continuous & every time activity and mass mailers are being sent to members of different trade & industry associations on frequent intervals. Mass mailers have already been sent to members of CII, PHD Chamber, CICU, APMA, FMAI, CIMML, ALMTI, FICO WWEPC & KNITWEAR CLUB; Mass mailers already sent to President / Heads of different Punjab Associations. Steps taken to ensure mobilisation of membership 2014-15 Focus on sectoral trade & business associations. Visited Phagwara, Jalandhar, Amritsar & Patiala to mobilise membership and met president/general secretaries of different trade & business organisations. Visited personally in some industrial units of Ludhiana for membership. One-to-one meeting with the President / General Secretary of the sectoral trade association like in Jalandhar met Leather EPC; Sports EPC; EEPC;. Participation in all forthcoming trade fairs & events. Personal visits to different potential clients / associations / industrial chambers / banks / financial institutions. To arrange small business workshops jointly with MSME; DIC or NSIC to create awareness of FIEO & its activities. To make regular follow-up with the new IEC members as and when sent by FIEO, HO New Delhi. To get list of new IEC members locally from O/o DGFT Ldh; DGFT Asr; DGFT Chd.
