Sentence Fragments

What Are Sentence Fragments? Sentence fragments are series of words that are missing an important part, usually a subject or a verb. They are incomplete thoughts.

Why Fragments Are Bad When you write sentence fragments, people don’t understand exactly what you’re trying to say. It also makes it hard to keep the flow when reading. Fragment Sentence

How to Fix Fragments Add necessary words to complete the sentence. Combine the fragment with a nearby sentence. Incorrect- You will probably like this way of correcting fragments better. Because it is quick and easy. Correct- You will probably like this way of correcting fragments better because it is quick and easy.
