Renaissance Check

The Renaissance was… A time of great scientific advancement A rebirth of the classical arts and philosophy of the Ancient Greeks and Romans A time of rebellion against the church A rebirth of French arts and influence among the wealthy elite.

Patrons were… Renaissance Men who were good at many things Church officials who monitored the actions of the people Wealthy people who supported artists and commissioned works for themselves and the public Members of society who took on leadership roles in the church.
