Clear development plan Training by discussion and critical reflection Helping to arrange observations and to point out useful courses Development of the Progress Review Form as you move towards assessments. You: Reflection in a blog or paper journal starts this week. Set up a blog – google blogger or similar. Begin to outline your thoughts on a regular basis – once a week at least. Consider the value of reflection to your own development and to the creation of evidence in the folders… Read around the subject.
