DESIGN CONTEXT DATE: ___/___/___ Client Problem Apple Inc. is one of the worlds most influential smart phone manufacturers. Their range of smart phone models are extremely successful and the brand is recognised globally as a leader of product design and creativity. Apple have realised that although consumers are purchasing new smart phone handsets from them, customers are going to competitor companies to buy their iPhone cases. This is leading to a loss in sales and is something that Apple would like to prevent. Apple’s current iPhone case designs are simple but stylish. This appeals to older business professionals, however, their current designs do not appeal to a younger generation of consumers. Task Analysis What problem does the client have?
