Governance – Leadership Team Reporting - Weekly Status Dashboard, email distribution. Scheduled Monthly Leadership Meeting - 1 hour. Ad hoc Leadership Meeting – as needed for decision and issue escalation. 3

Governance – Leadership Team Role Responsibilities Executive Sponsor Primary authority over the project. Governance chair member and key champion for the project at UVAMS and communication events (external and internal) and meetings. Assumes ownership and accountability for final deliverables in order to realize project benefits. Steering Committee Responsible for setting strategic vision and direction in defining project scope and objectives. Drives strategy for benefit realization and directs project to increase benefits and minimize overall program risk.s Validates project direction and resolves conflicts in organization / stakeholder prioritization. Facilitates alignment with other business / system initiatives. Enforces program adherence to the strategy, goals, scope timeline and budget. ………….. 4

Validate changes to system and business process and identify gaps or areas of concern. Help socialize the new system changes through the organization. Provide test scenario development. Participate in User Acceptance Testing and /or Payroll simulation Testing. Assist in User Training Development and Delivery. ………….. Attend Project Kickoff Meeting November 3. Participate in Fit/Gap Sessions commencing Nov. 3 (2 hour sessions 2-3 iteration /per week). Participate in Prototype Sessions (2 hour sessions 2-3 total). Participate in User and /or PaySim Testing sessions. 10

Scope Assumptions Driven by Leadership Vision /Policy /Business Drivers(VPBD) Carrying forward most customizations, limited deployment of new features /functions (exceptions driven by VPBD). Carrying forward Time and Labor Customizations that will be made obsolete by Kronos – go-live timing contingency. Not carrying forward Recruiting and Candidate Gateway – customizations that were obsoleted by Taleo deployment. Export or otherwise move to Data Warehouse, records no longer supported by current business processes (e.g. 5 years custom applicant profiles). Secure Enterprise Search Set(SES) - limited to delivered sets. 13
