TWS/WebAdmin for z/OS Simulation Version 2.2 of TWS/WebAdmin for z/OS provides forecast and critical path runtime simulation. This presentation shows examples of the basic functions: Temporarily change, insert or delete dependencies and jobs in TWS/WebAdmin’s tables Perform (mass) changes to the estimated durations Save simulation scenarios for later reuse Calculate the total duration of the critical path of all selected jobs Shows the jobs on the critical path In a list (table) As netplan (flowchart) As barchart

TWS/WebAdmin for z/OS Simulation The changed application will be stored in TWS/WebAdmin’s internal database with state “simulation”. You can keep that simulation version as long as you want and optionally you can take it over into TWS.
