Reporting > AAM > Daily Circulation New field – Print Consumer Count Detail * Available if ‘Include Total Consumer Count’ is selected If checked, the report will list each Subscription of each Occupant that was counted as circulation Includes the Occupant Name and Subscription ID * Circ 2014.1

What’s New with AAM? Business Rule – AAM Section * Should Digital Access Draw count one or multiple copies when digital subscriber access multiple platforms in a day? Default is ‘One’ The Digital Subscriber Audit report now contains the Authentication Control ID for each subscriber’s draw in the heading An Authentication Control column has been added to the Summary section of the report * Circ 2014.2

Digital Draws What are Digital Draws? You may have a variety of subscription types… Traditional Subscription – receives an individual print, mail or online product Hybrid Subscription – receives a mix of one product via print, mail or online Combo Subscription – receives a mix of multiple products via print, mail or online Digital Draw may be created naturally by the Pub Run processing, or by processing a Restate AAM and/or Digital Access Draw utilities after the period is complete, based on subscriber access records

Combo Digital Draws Restate AAM History Depending on the scenario, you may ‘restate’ AAM History Traditional Subscription – report 1 copy per delivery day No restate needed Hybrid Subscription – report 1 copy per delivery day Restate may be run to create AAM History for the days the subscriber had digital access Combo Subscription – receives a mix of multiple products via print, mail or online Digital Draw may be run to create AAM History for the days the subscriber had digital access

Combo Digital Draws What does AAM allow? AAM counts a newspaper subscription as a draw of 1 for each day in the subscriber’s Delivery Schedule This is true for paid print, as well as digital subscriptions where the online price is at least 5% of the paid price This is known as “qualified” subscriptions Lots of caveats…

Combo Digital Draws New Setup Subscriber Rating New field – Digital Restate Type All Digital – Digital subscriptions on this rate can be restated for AAM. None – Digital subscriptions on this rate will not be restarted for AAM. One Digital – Combo subscriptions on this rate will have digital AAM history tracked under a single digital edition Edition used is determined by Digital Draw Type field in rating setup
