You DO Make a Difference! You get all the blame but none of the credit. You represent everyone to everyone. You can’t please everyone all of the time! Minimize knee jerk reactions but know when to act. Working with ExEd participants is a lot like parenting. Commit to help each other. Build your allies. Have a REAL life outside of work. 3

It’s the journey not the station.
