Friedrich, Jr., DTM, PRP Meetup - Background Way to expose your club Community club Corporate club Meetup has proven to be successful for many clubs Meetup may work best for community clubs Corporate clubs, recommend you take a look at Meetup to see if it could work in promoting your clubs events 2

Friedrich, Jr., DTM, PRP Meetup Ask club members to join Meetup Designated club member uses District 55 Meetup to create events for the club To be an “Event Organizer” contact District Public Relations Manager For your club to successfully use Meetup you need someone dedicated and interested in keeping it up-to-date It takes club members to join Meetup and help in RSVPing to club events and sharing the event on their own social media Club members will need to establish a “Profile” as a part of becoming a member of Meetup Designated club members responsible to post event information on Meetup need to contact the District Public Relations Manger to ask to be assigned as an “Event Organizer”. We can have an unlimited number of “Event Organizers” in our Meetup group. If you have more than one club member you want to be able to serve as an “Event Organizer” let the District Public Relations Manager know.
