TYPES OF EXERCISE AEROBIC ANAEROBIC Activity that uses large muscle groups and is continuous for 20-30 minutes. Examples: RUNNING,SWIMMING, BIKING, WALKING, BASKETBALL, SKATING Intense short bursts of activity in which muscles to produce energy without Oxygen.
