The key to a strong expository is strong evidence. Words to Live By The key to a strong expository is strong evidence. This semester we are going to work on building a foundation of evidence that can apply to many topics.
Words to Live By We are going to call these our “Words to Live By” Each week, I will be presenting you with a prompt/truism. It will be your job to find a quote, notable person, and personal connection for each prompt.
Words to Live By This week, your prompt is going to be our expository prompt. “A positive attitude is necessary for success.” You need to RESEARCH and find a strong quote (with an author), a notable person (focus on historical figures), and a personal connection. THESE NEED TO BE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU USED ON THE EXAM.
