This question is worth two points.   A two-point score sample. When a traffic collision occurs, I need to remain at the location providing my license, registration and insurance information to the other party. I next need to do a written report to police or CHP (if they did not respond) within 24 hours if anyone is injured. Finally, I also must provide written notice to the DMV within 10 days. A one-point score sample. I must stop and stay at the location of the accident. I give my license number, registration and insurance information to the other driver and get theirs. A zero-point score sample. I need to remain at the place of the crash and call police.
