Early Learning Parent Resource Center Inside Rochester Primary School Outreach, literature and referrals in English and Spanish Ready! for Kindergarten classes for parents First Teacher newsletter Play and Learn groups Story Time-bilingual Family events coordinated with school Community Cafes Why Rochester? Readiness, strong partnerships 54 families served by Head Start/ECEAP and 54 on a waiting list, now at 103.
