What is the EYP Program? Collaboration with 5 European partners from Italy, Spain, Turkey, Greece, Romania New approach to youth projects NEETS aged 16-24 years old Aimed to look at the whole person to aid their personal development path including Motivation Confidence Skills
Program Phases Phase 1| Share Creating a network of young people while evaluating their self esteem, attitude, motivation, skills level and many other contributing factors. Phase 2| Measure Looking at the soft skills development.
Program Phases Phase 3| Communicate Focus on work preparation (CV writing, job searching, identifying skills, work behaviour and mock interviews). Phase 4| Foster Leading to a positive destination that suits the individual including work experience and mentoring.
