Batch Scanning – Document Capture Document Capture is included on the install disc and must be loaded at the scanning station. Attach images using Document capture

Batch Scanning - Traditional Record must already exist in IFAS. After image is scanned, user must enter in attach data

Reports are saved as PDF Archive – CDD Reports Reports are saved as PDF

Archive – IFAS Output Reports are printed to the “Archive” printer and saved as PDF. Reports indexed by menu mask and date.

DO Favorites IFAS Output – All IFAS output you archived CDD Reports – All CDD reports you Archived Job Monitor – All IFAS jobs, CDD reports, and recent scanned items.
