Team Introduction Site Investigation Estimate Overview Schedule Review Construction Plan Site Plan Waste Removal & Recycling Steel Sequence Plan Hazard Analysis & Safety Plan Hazard Analysis Activities Hazard Safety Plan The public parking lot is close to the construction site Construction equipment noise and vibrations Inclement Weather Football games welcome a lot of people to the campus The trees located between the buildings and in the way of crane swings Any debris could inflict damage onto the surround vehicles This could disturb classrooms or laboratories nearby Equipment or materials could cause harm if weather were to get out of hand Any wondering intoxicated fans that could potentially injure themselves at the site. Theft or vandalism could also occur on the site The crane or the pick may be knocked loose or become damaged putting workers in the area at risk Eliminate the option to park in the spaces that could be hit by any material. Utilize the unused space to park non-necessary contractor vehicles offsite to allow more space on site Operate loud machinery during times convenient to the buildings nearby after consulting with building occupants Monitor weather conditions actively from site trailers and cease crane operations during potentially hazardous situations. Put up necessary barriers to prevent any intrusion and provide a security detail during high attendance events on east campus Avoid pick paths that require crane swings in the areas of the trees. If picks are necessary, ensure proper elevation of pick to avoid collisions 100 Kunkle Lounge University Park PA 16802
