“Praying For Pennies”

Hebrews 11:6 “Without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.”

1 Timothy 5:5  “The widow who is really in need and left all alone puts her hope in God and continues night and day to pray and to ask God for help.”

His righteousness on you.” Hosea 10:12 “Sow righteousness for yourselves,     reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground;     for it is time to seek the Lord until He comes and showers His righteousness on you.”

Praising God for all that He is Confession: Adoration: Praising God for all that He is Confession: Confessing to God the sins you’ve done Thanksgiving: Thanking God for all that He’s done

Presenting your requests to God, for yourself and for others Supplication: Presenting your requests to God, for yourself and for others (known as intercessory prayer)

Only you and the Lord know your commitment to prayer over this time and how well you’ve confronted the “barriers” to productive praying that were addressed at the start of the Series… and only He knows what is best for us all!

As we wrap up this Series, I hope that you will continue to persevere in consistent prayer for the areas that we’ve discussed (family, church, friends, city, yourself), but also allow your prayer scope to enlarge and be challenged as the Holy Spirit directs you.
