2016: New Italian High School Partnership – the School-Work Exchange Program The Law: L. 107/15 Create a close collaboration between the high school and the company to: Facilitate understanding of the professional needs of the company Build a common learning process for students Target audience: High Schools students at year  3rd  – 4th  – 5th Duration: Technical Institutes: about 400 hours in the three years (3rd -4th -5th ) Lyceums: about 200 hours in two years (4th -5th )

Increasing the EB for the Company Increasing ASL for Schools Cross Seminars involving all Classes (3-4-5) at Schools (12 hours): One GE & Avio Aero History / Values / Culture / Company expectations; Building your Future: be effective in your relationships and how to face the work (personal brand / curriculum) Audience almost 750 students 3° Year Students 4th Year Students 5th Year Students Modes: Assessment (after the Seminars) – 2h Avio Aero Lessons: for Technical Schools & Lyceum Students / Soft Skills Lab > 40 h / 1or2 week Feb /June Orientation to Internship – 2 h Internship: > 8 weeks June/ July / Sept PUROPOSE: to know a Business Process assisted by a Tutor Modes: Assessment (after the Seminars) - 2h  Project Work > 2/3 weeks Feb/March Orientation to work/University – 2 h PURPOSE: to prepare the term paper to take the maturity exam Modes: Assessment (after the Seminars) – 2h Guided Visits  to the plant > 2 h. = Introducing to the Technical Lessons Avio Aero Technical Lessons / Soft Skills Lab  > 40 h / 2 weeks in June PURPOSE: to implement the school curriculum Temporary Agency > continuous selection to create a Talent Data Base
