Activity Groups The children will be split into 3 activity groups. Each group will be accompanied by a member of Elmridge staff and a Robin Wood group leader. They will do all of the activities within these groups, unless the groups come together as a whole. We ask the children to attempt all of the activities, but we will NOT force them.

Food The children’s food requirements will be fully catered for. Breakfast is a self service buffet, with a range of cereals, toast, yoghurts and full English breakfast available. Lunch will be a packed lunch consisting of a sandwich, crisps and a piece of fruit. Evening meals consist of hot food with vegetarian choices available.

Phoning home? The children will not be able to phone home as this often creates difficulties with children feeling homesick. We will telephone school twice to give progress reports to Mrs Matthews. We will phone upon departure to let Mrs Matthews know our estimated time of arrival.

Problems? If you need to contact us while we are away due to a serious problem then please contact Mrs Matthews at school. She will then contact Miss Mills. In an emergency Miss Mills will contact parents immediately.
