Judging Information and Ballots The judge’s lounge will be located in the teacher’s lounge (Purple Pod) Breakfast and lunch will be provided Flow paper and pens will be available – PLEASE MAKE SURE to bring your ballots to the LIBRARY (Located at the MAIN ENTRANCE). – Nysmith parent/student volunteers will also help out with distribution and collection of ballots.

ALL food must be consumed in the cafeteria(Red Pod) Breakfast and lunch will be provided for the debaters Snacks and drinks will be sold throughout the day in the cafeteria. ALL proceeds will go to charity. Breakfast and Lunch

Safety and Security We will be using both the Blue, Purple, and Silver Pod classrooms for debate rounds. Please make sure to leave the classrooms as you have found them. At registration, we will provide name tags for each student, judge, and parent. Please write your first name and school affiliation so we can properly monitor building access. Please DO NOT try to access the outside through any other door than the MAIN ENTRANCE. The security system will let us know (very loudly) if the wrong door has been opened. Students DO NOT have access to the playground area
