What does that Mean We need to look to grow our business at every opportunity - There is no such thing as having too much business - We need to focus on a customer service model that recognizes patient’s have choices - We need to recognize patients don’t have choices We need to find a way to ensure that revenue produced from our factor programs stays in the program. We need to look to expanding our footprint where appropriate to sustain and increase our ability to care for the patients that count on you . Chapter Name
