Basic Eligibility Guidelines Be at least 18 years of age Completed high school credits necessary for graduation Agree that this will be the last year of student services, and will accept diploma at the end of the school year Meet eligibility requirements for DARS Demonstrate successful community exploration, life skills, and vocational skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment Follow MCL and LISD’s code of conduct 9/22/2018 PS copyright Nicole © CCHMC 1/3/06

Basic Eligibility Guidelines Have independent personal hygiene and grooming skills Have independent daily living skills (including independently taking medication, preparing own lunch or selecting healthy choices / budgeting for lunch, taking care of personal needs) Maintain appropriate behavior and social skills in the workplace Take direction from supervisors and change behavior Be able to communicate effectively 9/22/2018 PS copyright Nicole © CCHMC 1/3/06

Basic Eligibility Guidelines Utilize public transportation and participate in travel training to insure success in using the bus independently, or have reliable alternate means of transportation to get to and from site on a daily basis in accordance with work schedule. Have previous experience in a work environment (including school, volunteer, and paid work).
