Volume 66, Issue 4, Pages 778-783 (October 2014) Mini–Retroperitoneoscopic Clampless Partial Nephrectomy for “Low-complexity” Renal Tumours (PADUA Score ≤8)  Francesco Porpiglia, Riccardo Bertolo, Daniele Amparore, Giovanni Cattaneo, Cristian Fiori  European Urology  Volume 66, Issue 4, Pages 778-783 (October 2014) DOI: 10.1016/j.eururo.2014.06.001 Copyright © 2014 European Association of Urology Terms and Conditions

Fig. 1 A 12-mm transverse incision is made 1cm just above the iliac crest, at the level of the Petit triangle. Two mini-ports are inserted under digital guidance at the level of the anterior and posterior axillary line. Then the third mini-port is placed at the level of the tip of the 12th rib. Finally, a 12-mm standard port is placed at the level of the first incision. The ports form a diamond shape.
