Objectives TSW analyze how globalization has altered cultures of select societies including industrial and third world societies. TSW analyze how nations are economically interdependent and the advantages and disadvantages of this interdependence.

Write a persuasive essay about the following topic: **Should the U.S. close its borders to globalization? Argue for or against this idea. Use evidence to back up your argument. **If we did close our borders, predict what impact this would have on you personally.
