Concluding thoughts What is a resource? Where can we find resources? What are some important points to remember while recruiting human resources? Order of the Arrow • Lodge Leadership Development • www.oa-bsa.org Using Resources

Remember … Before setting out to perform a task, first consider both the physical and human resources of your lodge. The attitude you bring to recruiting will affect the outcome. By constantly recruiting new resources, a lodge can make the best use of its resources and prevent its youth leaders from being discouraged or burned out. Order of the Arrow • Lodge Leadership Development • www.oa-bsa.org Using Resources

And … By setting goals and priorities, a lodge will be better fit to allocate resources to the events that are important and release resources from those events that are not crucial during the year. Never forget to show appreciation for a job well done. Order of the Arrow • Lodge Leadership Development • www.oa-bsa.org Using Resources
