Change Network Timeline Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct UAT Deploy Post Go-Live Support Go-live Change Network Kick-off Change Partner Meetings To prepare for the new environment, Change Partners start off by building their Workday knowledge and as stated in the last slide, will take a deeper dive into each impacted business areas. Gurus will also start off by building their Workday knowledge and will begin systems training in March. Once the detailed training calendar is available, Gurus will receive that information by email. Gurus will then participate in testing of the system called UAT. Some Gurus who would like to lead user training will complete train the trainer program. This program is met to help those gurus with developing the skills needed to effectively deliver user training. Whether you are a change partners or guru all of your hard work will dove tail once the system is live and you will switch your focus on readiness to supporting users. As we get closer to go-live, we will all get busier. For example, if you are a staff member in your business office in the May/June timeframe is period close, then you are transitioning to the Workday environment in July. Then there is month close activities. I can go on and on. So it’s important that all of you consider coverage in your areas and to work closely with your supervisors regarding time off from May through September.
