For many years, Som Sean suffered with an illness that affected her hearing and ears. It stopped her working so her children had to go to school illegally in Thailand.
Her family's situation made her lose hope and she became depressed. Then she met CHO. They began visiting her home, and gave her family some chickens to bring in an income.
Som Sean noticed how joyful and generous the CHO staff were Som Sean noticed how joyful and generous the CHO staff were. One day they invited her to church with them. Since then she has gone every week. At church she has made friends and learnt about Jesus.
CHO even worked with the church to collect an offering for treatment for Som Sean’s illness. Today she is healthy again!
