Hello, my name is Camille White Hello, my name is Camille White. I am a Global Studies major with a minor in Psychology at Lebanon Valley College. I’m from New York City and moved to Philadelphia 6 years ago. I enjoy writing poetry and spending time with those closest to me.

Academic Growth academic growth and understanding came easily It would be fair to say that in high school: academic growth and understanding came easily I took honors courses and advanced placement classes I was inducted into the National Honor Society. I felt that coming to LVC, I would overcome any academic obstacle in almost no time at all. But, adjusting to my first year of college wasn’t the quick and painless transition I thought it would be. The important thing to consider, however, is that I did make it. Now, I am more excited than ever to obtain my degree, knowing that I can do anything if I work steady enough and keep a level head. Academic Growth

Being a very introverted person, coming to college posed a challenge on a social level. When I first arrived, I wasn’t expecting to make any friends or build new relationships with others. But my friends proved me wrong, being here every step of the way to provide all the support they could think of. Social Growth

College isn’t all academics College isn’t all academics! It’s taking an opportunity to grow and develop as a person. Since coming to LVC, I have made friends, struggled with classes, shed tears, and learned from my mistakes. I have changed majors, added majors, and will be dropping and adding more. I have people dedicated to seeing me grow. And at some point before I graduate, I will study abroad. Intellectual Growth
