Not accepting any age, ASVAB or time in service waivers for convert-in. NAVY DIVERS: 96% Manned to force structure No early out or convert out opportunity for NDs. MDV candidates: ECM will consider waivers of the 4th tour requirement to attend evaluations on a case by case basis. Contact ECM for guidance. MDV test is good for 18 months so take it early.
