General Guidelines for filling in these formats For project & grant utilisation: __ These are to be prepared separately for each sector and within each sector. __ Project name: to be given in brief __ Concerning “Physical Progress” as given in the first format- please provide such as: %complete, imp.mileston achieved, confirmation that land sites are secured and handed over to contractor etc. __ Concerning grant utilisation:estimates are for indicative reference purpose only. __ All values to be in Rs.Crores. For reforms: __ This presentation & occasion is intended to cover ULB level mandatory. __ Only efforts/activities/milestone achieved since launch of JNNURM are to undertaken during earlier periods are to be excluded. The objective is to describe current/recent initiatives in brief-not historical detailing of all achievements. Project pipeline: __ Figures/estimates are for indicative purpose only. __ If no planning has yet been done in this can be specifically stated.

New Initiatives New initiatives taken for improvement of infrastructure after the launch of Mission A Bio-gas plant for processing of 20 tpd segregated solid waste (wet) is under execution. Best Practices Good practices being followed which could benefit other ULBs in services delivery Door to door collection of waste segregated waste
