Effective use of study centers Main objective of the ICSI Study Centre is : At present, due to distance from their respective locations, students of the Institute are finding it difficult to avail even the basic services from the Regional & Chapter Offices. Study Centre is expected to play the role of  Regional & Chapter Offices for providing basic services to the students, both prospective and existing students.  The Study Centre Scheme, if effectively implemented, will help the Institute in serving the Institute without any financial implications. For every registration facilitated, the Study Centre are eligible for incentive of Rs.500/- The next important aim of the Study Centre scheme is to conduct the Coaching Classes for students. It is another opportunity for the Study Centre for generating revenue. Study Centre can also play an important role in enhancing the visibility of the profession in the respective localities. Close monitoring of the Study Centre are essential to get maximum mileage.

AWARENESS Invitation to the Principal/HOD commerce of the study center to the Faculty Induction Programme of the Chapter. Meeting of the Chapter’s Executive Officer/Incharge with the principals of the study center. Informing the Study Centers about the Signature Award., CS Olympiad Requirement of management training notice to be displayed at the notice board of the study centers.

BRANDING Conducting at least 2 Career Awareness Programme in the study center in a year. Updating the website of the study center with the flyer of ICSI. Local Media should be used at the time of opening of Study Center. Placing the brochure at the notice board of Study Center.

REVENUE Special drive for the registration of SC/ST students./Meritorious student, Economical backward Capturing the student’s data from study center and taking follow up from the students about their interest in the course. Appointing co-ordinators to monitor the effective working of the study centre

RESULTS The chapter office shall assist to provide the quality faculty for the study center. Taking monthly feedback about the conduct of oral classes at the study center and addressing the problems. Interacting with the teachers and students for the feedback of the oral classes. Chapter office shall ensure the availability of Study Material and Brochures of ICSI.
