Were American fears about immigration in the 1920s justified? What we will learn We will learn about specific incidents which caused the government of the USA to be worried about immigration. Why we will learn it To understand why the government of the USA restricted immigration after 1919 How it will fit in It is part of our investigation of life in the USA during the 1920s and helps us to know how American society developed over time How will I show that I have learned this By creating a report on two key events which led to more restrictions on immigration
