Salary Service Salary Calculator Salary & Benefits Survey Report Employers $595 for unlimited annual subscription Members 5 Complimentary uses for responding to survey Salary & Benefits Survey Report $125 Member $225 Non Member We provide a very powerful salary calculator to our members. Members are able to use this tool to negotiate better salaries with their employers. The Calculator allows you to search on a variety of fields, including geographic, level of education, industry, years of employment, level of management experience, etc. Based on current IEEE-USA Salary Survey data, the Service provides you with a salary history; updateable salary survey; and individual salary comparator for each year that you have completed the Salary Survey. Now you can keep track of how your salary tracks your career progress, how it measures up to your peers', and what effect contemplated job or career moves can have on your compensation. IEEE-USA sells a more extensive salary database service to Human Resource & Engineering managers so they can set appropriate salary levels for their companies. The revenue generated from the employer products allows us to offer the salary calculator to our U.S. member for free as long as they fill out the annual on line survey. While the salary calculator and survey are currently administered to IEEE’s U.S. Members it could eventually be conducted in Regions 7-10.
