The Vapour Compression Refrigeration System Advantages of V-C-R cycle Disadvantages CONTAIN :-

The Vapour Compression Refrigeration System :-

Advantages :- (1) It is smaller in size for given capacity of Refrigeration. (2) It has low running cost. (3) It’s C.O.P is high (4) The required temperatures of the evaporation can be achieved simply by adjusting the control valve.

(1) Requires greater safety and prevention of leak due to the use of inflammable and toxic vapours of refrigerants. (2) Initial cost is high. Disadvantages :-
