Problem 1: Firefox Not Responding, Slow  Feb 2018 Firefox is not working properly. It is slow to load, won't open pages, or items in Google search. I have downloaded latest version , no change Since the last automatic update Firefox has been incredibly slow loading pages, won't load some at all and has problems showing pictures and video. You keep on trying and it just doesn't respond. It takes ages to open that too in the new tab. What can I do to fix this?

Solution  Try uninstalling and reinstalling the newest version of Firefox again.  Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.  Scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.  Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode.

Problem 2: Firefox Can’t Play Video  Since Firefox update on Jan 30, 2018 I can no longer play video on any website. I can still play video in IE and Chrome, but not Firefox.

Solution  Make sure you are not blocking content.  Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh) and check if the problem still there.  Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Problem 3: Firefox Won’t Load Graphics  Ever since I upgraded to firefox 59, everything is broken. Even the new tab page won't load graphics. I can sometimes get them to appear on mouse over. Sometimes pages load semi-normally, then I restart browser and they broke again.
