AGILE METHODOLOGY MANAGE PROJECT USING AGILE SCRUM

What is Agile?

“ “Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.” – Muhammad Ali The same way Service leadership and selflessness are foundation principles of agile; these are the prices to be paid to be part of an agile team.

WHAT BEFORE AGILE? Let’s start from the beginning... SDLC Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a process used by the software industry to design, develop and test high quality software.

TRADITIONAL APPROACH

TRADITIONAL APPROACH VS AGILE APPROACH

TRADITIONAL APPROACH  Customer involvement only at milestone.  Does not welcome changes in middle of the project.  Linear approach.  Customer can only see the final product at the end of the project. AGILE APPROACH  Customer availability required throughout the project.  Always welcome changes.  Iterative Approach.  Customer can see the progress.

lets get back to agile. principles:  Customer Satisfaction  Welcome changes  Delivering working software frequently.  Working in Team.  Daily Meetings for effective communication.  Sustainable development.

HOW TO MANAGE PROJECT USING AGILE SCRUM? If you are tired of being behind the schedule or over budgeted. >Agile Scrum is the solution. 1.It is able to take complex problems. 2.Prioritize those problems into individual task. 3.Delegate those task to the team members. 4.Scrum requires collaboration, self organizing and cross functionality.

Scrum: With scrum, the product is built in a series of fixed-length iterations called sprints that give teams a framework for shipping software on a regular cadence. calls four ceremonies: > Sprint planning > Daily stand-up > Sprint Demo > Sprint retrospective

Main Roles In Scrum: Product Owner Scrum Master Scrum Team

100% Total success! >Understand business Requirement >Prioritize work >Build and manage product backlog >Coach the team. >Self organizes around work >Daily meeting scheduler >Champions for development >work is prioritized according to their skill set. >Ensures successful sprint Completion.

Agile Scrum The things in Agile scrum are carried out like explained, which at the end hepls us get the finished completed work Place your screenshot here
